Fans of Justin Bieber across the world have taken to the internet to pray for the speedy recovery of the Canadian popstar as he battles facial paralysis and cancels upcoming shows.

The star posted a 3 minutes clip of himself on his verified Instagram account on Friday where he revealed “paralysis on one side of his face.” He described his paralysis as Ramsay’s syndrome caused by a virus that attacked the nerves in his ears.

“As you can see this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face… So there’s full paralysis on this side of my face,” he said.

Here are a few of the touching well wishes currently flooding the internet in reaction to the star’s medical condition;

JUSTIN BIEBER, THE WHOLE WORLD IS PRAYING FOR YOUR HEALTH AND RECOVERY

— sheila (@winterdaylov) June 10, 2022

Dear god. I pray that Justin Bieber will have a speedy recover. I pray that everything will be okay with him. I pray that he will rest well and get some time to relax. Amen.

While some fans have reacted to the star’s medical condition with unopinionated sympathy, others have shared their thoughts about what could be the cause.

Also known as a typical side effect of the experimental #injections that some still call a “vaccine” . It’s not a “virus” #JustinBieber – it’s the poison they injected you with. #WakeUp #VaccineSideEffects https://t.co/0cpuXgTrjK

Guys WAKE THE F*CK UP…Hailey and Justin Bieber both have side effects from the vaccine!!!#vaccineinjuries #JustinBieber #Bieber

Criticisms of these supposed “antivaxers” are however also flying around.

Weird seeing Anti Vaxxers say the covid vax caused Justin Bieber to suffer from Ramsay Hunt syndrome. When it is actually caused by a disease prevented by vaccines. 🥴🥴🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

If anyone makes fun of @justinbieber re: the condition he has? Pound Canadian hard soil. My Mom had something similar called Bell’s Palsy. This is not a joke. Both conditions are almost one in same. She woke up one morning with it and I, then a kid, thought she had a stroke!
