Nas Calabasas home burglarized over the weekend. Law enforcement sources told TMZ two men broke into hip-hop legend Nas‘ Calabasas property Saturday around 8:30 PM PT, apparently having smashed through a rear door to gain entry. TMZ was told Nas’ team became aware of their presence due to a Ring camera.
When the two guys were leaving the crew saw them and they called the police. By the time officers arrived, the two men were long gone. Nas wasn’t home, he was in NYC for his album release party. He dropped Kings Disease III this weekend on November 11, 2022. No one else was at the house either, it seems.
As for what was stolen, TMZ sources say the thieves tore the place apart and left with at least two bags worth of stuff. Unclear what exactly was taken, or how much it’s worth.
Nas is still out of town and will have to come back and do a proper inventory of the items stolen, which will then give authorities an idea of what they’re looking for. No arrests have been made and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating.
Meanwhile, Nas is in full promotion mode for his newly released album Kings Disease III posting the album cover art to his social media on Friday and promoting that he will perform at The Garden on Fri, Feb 24, 2023, for one night only.
