Atlanta rapper, Hoodrich Pablo Juan, gets a 15-year sentence following a plea deal in the RICO case. Signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Eskimo label in 2017, Hoodrich was known for his hot drills in the streets.
The rising talent was soon caught in a mix-up when he was arrested in 2020 on RICO charges. After his arrest at Upson County, GA, he stayed in jail for 3 days having been denied bond.
Ever since then, Hoodrich has been facing legal issues which affected his music career. The artist’s last work was his ‘Hood Champ’ mixtape which features 12 tracks and was released in 2020.
Finally, the East rapper, Hoodrich Pablo Juan has been trialed in court and sentenced to 15 years.
However, Hoodrich Pablo Juan’s plea deal will allow him to serve five years in prison meanwhile the fifteen years will have to be completed on probation.
According to reports, the defendants were charged with 92 counts of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act violations.
Three counts of trafficking methamphetamine, three counts of trafficking heroin, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of murder, and 24 counts of aggravated assault were among the 59 counts of violations of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act that were brought against those who were charged.
