Good Morning America co-host Michael Strahan and girlfriend Kayla Quick made their longtime love affair red-carpet official when Strahan received his star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony last month, and sources believe he’s ready for marriage.
While at the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, apparently, there was an intense amount of public display of affection between Strahan and Quick. An insider revealed that the pair’s high-profile PDA “proves they’re ready to take the relationship to the next level,” according to RadarOnline.
The former professional football player, who is 51 years old, and the 33-year-old wellness entrepreneur, have quietly dated for more than seven years and are “seriously in love,” said the source.
When Quick was 16 years old, she was arrested for grand theft after she and her boyfriend, at the time, broke into her grandmother’s house in Florida and stole $6,000 worth of jewelry, an arrest report read.
“Kayla has clearly turned her life around”, added the source. “Michael is certainly impressed by her.”
Michael Strahan has been married twice before and shares kids Tanita, age 31, and Michael Jr., age 28, with his first wife, Wanda Hutchins. He also has 18-year-old twins Isabella and Sophia with his second spouse, Jean Muggli.

Strahan has been in and out of court with his ex-wife, Jean Muggli, ever since finalizing a divorce settlement in 2006. In 2019, Muggli dragged the ex-NFL star to court accusing him of owing her $500k related to their daughter’s equestrian expenses. Strahan said he never agreed to pay the costs.
Later, Muggli said Strahan had been underpaying her on child support for a decade. She demanded an additional $321k but the now TV star demanded the request be shut down. Months later, Strahan alleged that his ex-wife was engaging in a “pattern of abusive conduct” toward their teenage daughters. The couple settled the claims and reached a custody arrangement not too long after.
Strahan and Muggli were married from 1999 until 2006. The judge ended up ordering the ex-NFL star to pay $15.3 million as part of his divorce settlement.
