A group of patrons are being sued for $1 million in damages after being part of Lil Nas X‘s house party that left a Hollywood mansion trashed back in April of 2022. According to TMZ, legal documents have been filed on behalf of landlord Daniel Fitzgerald naming the rapper and producer Zedd, along with the party’s promoters and sponsors, as defendants in the seven-figure lawsuit.

Fitzgerald claims that he warned the individuals renting the luxury Hollywood Hills mansion that parties weren’t allowed, but that didn’t stop the crew from welcoming over 1,000 people into the mansion, which allegedly left the place with plenty of damage.

Fitzgerald said there was $25,000 in damages to the couches, walls, chairs and more inside the four-story mansion equipped with an in-ground pool. With the extensive fixes taking months, he’s claiming that he lost out on a couple of months of rent to the tune of $40,000.

The lawsuit claims that both Lil Nas X and Zedd were paid $250,000 to appear at the party last April and he’s seeking $1 million worth of compensatory and punitive damages.

Lil Nas X seems to be unbothered by the lawsuit as he was spotted in the front row of Coach’s runway show at New York Fashion week sitting alongside New York rapper Ice Spice.

“I’m the baddie friend she was talm bout”, read the caption to a slide of photos with him and Ice Spice seemingly having a good time.
