Yes, Cardi B’s face tattoo is very real!

The rapper is committed to keeping her loved ones near to her; in fact, she recently got the name of her infant boy permanently tattooed on her face.

The Love & Hip Hop star debuted the new look yesterday on her Instagram Story by posting a zoomed-in pic of her face from a photo shoot in February.

Along Cardi’s jawline, there is a crimson ink tattoo that reads “Wave” in cursive.

Valentine’s Day 2023 saw the release of the images in which the “Bodak Yellow” spitter debuted the simple art. However, many fans at the time seemed to have missed the small detail while perusing the Instagram photos.

They feature her and her husband Offset dining al fresco at McDonald’s while decked out in opulent outfits and sipping cola from champagne flutes. Even though it’s barely noticeable, the Bronx native’s new face ink is obvious as she stares at Offset while the item consume their meals.

Via an Instagram Story, Cardi expressed how she felt about her new face ink.  “Love my face tatt.”

After getting married in 2017, Cardi B and Offset welcomed two children: son Wave Set Cephus, 1, and daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, 4. The boy’s birth took place on September 4, 2021.

On April 2022, Cardi posted the first images of her son as well as his name.

The popular hip-hop artist shared two adorable photos of Wave via Instagram. Wave appeared chic in a sky blue puffer coat with fur across the hood, a white Tee, a matching beanie, light blue sweatpants, spiffy white sneakers, and a massive silver and diamond chain bearing sparkling links.
