Young, Famous & African is back with a new season! Young Famous and African season 2 is set to premiere on May 19th on Netflix! Here’s your chance to meet the Young Famous and African season 2 cast.
The show first premiered in March of 2022 with season one, but they are coming back with a bang!
The show is set in Johannesburg, South Africa. These group of friends are coming together either seeking love, building their careers and sometimes even feuding.
It was uncertain if the show was going to reappear after season one even though the co-creator Peace Hyde announced that there would be a Young, Famous & African season 2.
Fans didn’t get their hopes up until they officially saw the trailer from Netflix when they confirmed it with a premiere date.
In this season there will be some stars who reappear but there also will be a few newer faces as well.
The returning cast members are:
Andile Ncube, Annie Macaulay-Idibia, Nadia Nakai, Naked DJ, Zari Hassan, Khanyi Mbau, Swanky Jerry, Kayleigh Schwark, Diamond Platnumz and 2Baba.
The newest Young, Famous & African season 2 cast members are:
Bonang Matheba who is a South-African award-winning television presenter and actress.
Next, you have Fantana who is a Ghanaina-American Afro dancehall musician.
Luis Munana who is a former Big brother contestant but now a TV producer, writer and creative director.
Then there is Sebabatso Mothibi who is a model and socialite.
Lastly, Rosette Ncwana who is a supermodel and actress.
