Donna Summer documentary ‘Love to Love You, Donna Summer’ expresses the life of who we know as the Queen of Disco.
In her documentary, that is premiering on May 20, 2023 on HBO Max, it dives deep into the life of Donna Summer.
LaDonna Adrian Gaines also known as Donna Summer was an American singer and songwriter in the 1970s and early 1980s who became very well known in the disco world.
Her hits consisted of ‘Love to Love You Baby’, ‘I Feel Love’, and ‘Last Dance’. All in which created her come up and expanded the disco community.
She became known global wide. She was a five-time Grammy winner and was the first artist to win a Grammy for the Best Rock Vocal Performance.
She wasn’t a woman to play with, she earned every standing ovation and gained multiple number one hits during her career.
Many viewed her as the woman that could make a crowd dance and maybe even throw a couple bras as well.
Donna Summer’s documentary, celebrates the life of the Queen of Disco.
She passed away in February of 2012 due to lung cancer but her legacy still lives on.
