According to Birdman, Bad Bunny inked a deal with Drake’s OVO label at the beginning of his career.

The owner of Cash Money Records recently discussed business with Wack 100 on Clubhouse. The other participants were shocked when information was provided by Birdman.

Benito and The 6 God first worked together on the 2018 song “MIA.” The song was on the rapper from Puerto Rico’s self-titled debut album.

The single is billed to OVO and Warner Bros. Rima, even though the album was issued under the Latin handle Rimas Entertainment.

Bunny’s latter albums are not listed with OVO Sound. Because of Drizzy’s involvement, fans have assumed that “MIA” is exclusively OVO.

In relation to upcoming releases, Benito recently revealed a brand-new album.

On Monday, October 9, the Spanish superstar dropped a teaser trailer for the project.

In Spanish, Benito captioned the video, “The most awaited day for many has arrived…”

In related news, Drake disclosed that, following his recent release of For All The Dogs, he is taking a hiatus from music to concentrate on his health.

In a segment of his Sirius XM’s Sound 42 show “Table for One,” the “Up All Night” rapper noted, “I probably won’t make music for a little bit. I’m going to be real with you. I need to focus on my health, first and foremost, and I’ll talk about that soon enough. Nothing crazy, but just like, you know, I want people to be healthy in life.”

The Toronto native went on, “I’ve been having the craziest problems for years with my stomach. I’m just saying what it is. So, I need to focus on my health and I need to get right, and I’m going to do that. I have a lot of other things that I would love to focus on. So, I’ma lock the door in the studio for a little bit. I don’t even know what a little bit is. Maybe a year or so, maybe a little longer.”
