Simon Guobadia is an entrepreneur with businesses in real estate, being an executive producer and the owner of a prestigious car collection. The Simon Guobadia net worth sits at roughly $40 million. But Porsha states that he is worth $300 million in statements with her legal team amidst divorce.

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia decided to call it quits after being married for only 15 months. But the divorce isn’t as clean as they would like, in fact it’s just as messy as it started.
Before the Divorce
The RHOA star Porsha Williams began dating Simon Guobadia back in 2021. But before the announcement of their relationship, Simon was previously married to Falynn Pina. Falynn, who was also a part of the RHOA family, declared that they were together for five years and married for two.
In season 13 of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ — during Falynn’s pool party — Porsha and Simon seemed to meet for the first time. Many people were skeptical about how she ended up dating Simon while being “friends” with Falynn. On the ‘Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,’ Porsha breaks down their relationship timeline.
In April of 2021, Falynn and Simon announced their divorce. Within a week of the announcement, Porsha shared that she was dating Simon. This stirred many emotions with fans. It was also the start of the messiness that surrounded Porsha and Simon’s relationship. Many RHOA fans were questioning the exact date that Porsha and Simon’s relationship began — due to understanding that it wasn’t long before his divorce from Falynn. Porsha and Simon both shared that he was divorced before they started their relationship.
Within a week of announcing that they were dating, Simon took to his Instagram to announce that they were engaged. Shocked with the news, RHOA fans immediately expressed their opinions on the two being engaged not long after the announcement of them dating. Many pointed out Simon’s failed marriages as well — Porsha would make his fourth marriage. Porsha continued to defend herself by stating that they are were in love and that she was having the time of her life with him.
During her spinoff show Porsha’s Family Matters, many of her family and friends revealed that they did not know that the two were engaged. It seems as though most of her family and friends found out with the rest of the world about the engagement.
Road to Divorce
The couple married in November 2022, with two separate ceremonies to include both of their cultures.
Now, the two are going down the road of divorce just after a short year together. Porsha filed for divorce in February of 2024. It is unknown as to what led to the filing of the divorce, but some are speculating that Simon cheated on Porsha.
Simon continues to share that he did not cheat on Porsha and declares that he will pay anyone $100k if they can prove he did. He also states that Porsha needs to explain the relationship between her and Future. It is rumored that Porsha had an affair with Future.
This divorce has been nothing but a back and forth battle between the two. It even got to the point of Simon locking Porsha out of their home.
We aren’t sure what else is to come besides Porsha wanting Simon to pay for the expenses of the divorce. The Simon Guobadia net worth publicity sits are somewhere near $40 million, but Porsha is convinced that it is much more. .
