Tiger Woods beefing with ex-girlfriend?! Well, here’s why. Tiger Woods and his former girlfriend, Erica Herman, are enmeshed in legal drama. An insider close to the golf legend is claiming that “Tiger is livid!”
If you didn’t know, in December, Herman filed a lawsuit asserting Woods owes her $30 million because the golfer booted her from his residence before their “oral agreement” terms were finalized. According to the “agreement,” Herman was permitted to reside at the home for another five years.
Earlier this week, Herman also filed an isolated complaint petitioning to be let out of her NDA with Woods, citing a statute that permits non-disclosure agreements to be negated in cases of sexual assault.
A source informed PEOPLE that the end of her and Woods’ relationship has Herman “upset.” Additionally, they claimed that before their relationship “went downhill,” Herman helped Woods through his accident and recuperation.
According to the informant, the golfer was “getting restless” with Herman and their relationship “even before the accident.” They added, “It deteriorated further after he recovered from the accident.”

Regarding the lawsuits, the tipster claims the superstar golfer is furious.
The lawsuit contesting the non-disclosure agreement follows the initial complaint, filed in 2022 against Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust (Tiger’s trust), declaring Herman and the Trust entered an oral agreement that permitted her to reside at the golfer’s estate for an additional five years.
Attorneys for the Trust contend Herman was only permitted to stay in the residence while she and Woods were dating. As documented by the motion, the plaintiff was instructed she had to relocate after Woods broke up with her in October 2022.
Per the legal documents, Herman is suing for “consequential monetary damages, lawyer fees under the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act, and injunctive relief.”
