Rihanna fans have been waiting for a big announcement from the singer.  While it isn’t the new music many wanted, Rihanna did have a big announcement this week.  It’s the latest expansion of her Fenty empire! RiRi announced the launch of Fenty Hair, sharing the news via Instagram alongside a teaser video showcasing her sporting a chic blond pixie cut.

The multi-talented star emphasized the importance of hair versatility and care, expressing her commitment to offering products that cater to all hair types and needs.

When Will Fenty Hair be available?

Scheduled for release on June 13, the line promises a range of products, including shampoo, conditioner, masks, and gel, designed to strengthen and repair hair. While fans eagerly anticipate the brand’s debut, they can sign up for early access on the Fenty Beauty website.

This is the latest venture from Rihanna for her Fenty brand. Back in September 2023 she teamed up with Puma to release the Avanti sneaker.

Will Rihanna Drop New Music Anytime Soon?

Despite calls for her return to music, Rihanna’s entrepreneurial prowess continues to soar, with Fenty Hair marking yet another milestone in her flourishing career. It may be another sign that we may never be getting a new album from the singer.  It’s already been 8 years since she released Anti, her 2016 album.  Since then, the 2 songs we got on the Black Panther soundtrack in 2022, have been the closest we’ve gotten to a new music drop!

It makes sense though, Fenty has made Rihanna a billionaire, one of the only women on the list of Black billionaires of the world.  And now that she has two children with A$AP Rocky, it might not make sense for her to tour the world with a new music release.

The Rihanna hair care line puts Rihanna once again in direct competition with Beyonce, who she battled on the charts a number of times.  Beyonce launched her Cecred haircare line earlier this year.  Can’t wait for the debate about who did it better!
