Former Disney star, Skai Jackson’s baby daddy, Deondre Burgin, is in legal trouble after being arrested for probation violation.
On Nov 14, the 26-year-old was caught in Cincinnati, Ohio, for breaking the rules of his youth parole. This is not the first time Skai Jackson’s baby daddy, Burgin has been arrested. He has had a few legal problems in the past few years, and this new court setback is just one more.
After a short chase with cops, the arrest took place. Burgin tried to leave the scene of the crime, which caused a small injury. Burgin was eventually given a ticket for minor obstruction after the incident was caught on video.
Skai Jackson officially announced her pregnancy with Burgin on November 12, and she revealed pictures of her baby bump to PEOPLE. In an interview with them about motherhood, the 22-year-old said,
“I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter in my life — embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects. My heart is so full!”
Not everything has been roses in Jackson’s relationship with her baby daddy. According to TMZ, the actress’s boyfriend was the accused victim of domestic abuse when she was detained in August.
Jackson supposedly stated she and her partner were expecting a child together and denied any violent altercation happened at that time. Fortunately, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office ultimately decided not to press charges against the former Disney actress.
