Surprise! Actress Meagan Good and actor Jonathan Majors are officially engaged after a year and six months of dating.
On Sunday, when they walked the red carpet at the EBONY Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles, the couple confirmed their engagement to a reporter. The actress flaunted her ring to the cameras on the red carpet at the Ebony Power100 red carpet.
Quickly after meeting at the Ebony Awards’ unisex restroom, the two began dating, and their relationship became public knowledge following Majors’ arrest on domestic violence charges.
Grace Jabbari, his ex-girlfriend, was the subject of the lawsuit that was brought before a court in New York City. Unfortunately, Majors was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment.
In April 2024, Jonathan Majors received a sentence that included probation and a domestic violence therapy program for one year. This resulted in the actor being terminated from the role at Marvel Studios without delay.
Meagan Good spoke with excitement regarding her engagement to Jonathan Majors, reminiscing about their encounter: “EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathrooms… in the unisex bathroom.”
The newly engaged fiancĂ©, Jonathan told EBONY, his voice filled with passion, “Life is crazy – I’m crying to you – she is the most perfect, beautiful, divine (and) powerful being that I’ve ever met…”
During the course of the court battles, Majors publicly acknowledged his gratitude to Goods for his support and for standing by him throughout the entire process.
