A few years after Chadwick Boseman’s death, his brothers Kevin Boseman and Derrick Boseman are taking their brother’s widow to court to fight over his estate. Chadwick’s widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, was the legal authority in charge and served as the administrator of his estate; however, his brothers want her removed from this role.
On July 22, Kevin and Derrick Boseman took legal action to ensure their late brother’s wife, Simone Ledward Boseman, is removed from the position of administrator in a feud about his estate. The late actor’s brothers are stating that his widow has not managed his assets well. Chadwick Boseman’s estate included $3.8 million in cash and other assets and was to be shared among his parents and widow according to a court order from 2022.
