Kanye West Is Aiming To Go On Tour In 2018

After prematurely ending his 2016 Saint Pablo Tour, Kanye West may be ready to hit the road again. Sources told TMZ that Live Nation has been speaking with West’s team about a new tour for the early part of 2018.

Last year, West canceled twenty-one dates on his Saint Pablo Tour, reportedly due to a mental breakdown. Though it is believed that his wife’s robbery incident triggered the breakdown, West never spoke too much about it. Right before the cancellation of dates, the rapper displayed erratic behavior at his shows–arriving late, barely interacting with the audience, and walking off stage.

However, West is said to be in a better space, mentally and physically. The best they’ve ever seen him, actually. After spending some time at a Wyoming retreat, earlier this year, the Chicago native is ready to get back to work for his fans.

“We’re ready to jump as soon as he gives the green light.” a source said, referring to the tour.

Unlike his last tour, this time around, there won’t be a floating stage. West is wanting to switch things up a bit, adding various effects and updating the set list, too. It’s Kanye West, so the last thing that we should be worried about is getting a boring performance. As you all know, ‘Ye goes hard when it comes to the creativity and making sure that he provides a memorable show for his concertgoers. So, be prepared to be blown away…. again.

Aside from the tour, West also plans to drop an album. The goal is for next year, but nothing set in stone just yet. Reports are saying that he’s taking his time to avoid overwhelming stress.

Congratulations to Kanye West on his progression, and we send our well wishes his way!
