Rapper 2 Chainz Sued For Failing To Finish Rolls-Royce Payment
It looks like things aren’t looking ‘2 good’ for Mr. 2 Chainz. The “It’s A Vibe” rapper is reportedly being sued by a high-end auto broker, due to his failure to pay up for his recently copped ride… a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead, to be exact.
Allegedly, Highline Holdings Group says that Chainz hired them to secure the car for him, but when it came time to come up out of his pockets, Chainz went the other way. Here’s the thing, though, the original negotiated price was $262,212, and he initially agreed to follow through with the payments. The car was eventually delivered to his home, and he even paid most of the sum.
However, when it got down to his last few payments, an outstanding balance of $18,317, Highline says the 40-year-old completely refused to dish out any more bread. Quite the scam, if you ask us.
The company is suing to not only obtain the balance but, also, the interest, too. There has been no word from 2 Chainz, but, for the sake of himself, we’re hoping that both parties can come to a mutual agreement.
It should be noted that 2 Chainz has had an extremely busy year since releasing his latest album, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music back in June.
