Grammy-nominated singer Jazmine Sullivan has released a Heaux Tales deluxe edition of her critically-acclaimed project. Heaux Tales, Mo’ Tales: The Deluxe was released on Feb. 11th, via RCA Records.

Sullivan released the critically acclaimed Heaux Tales album in January 2021, so the deluxe comes a little over a year later.

In December, Sullivan shared a snippet of “Jazzy’s Tale,” a sign that there would be some kind of follow-up to Heaux Tales.

“I just didn’t want to be alone,” Sullivan said in the snippet. “Growing up, a Brown skin girl, a fat girl, essentially growing up feeling undesirable. When you get older, and you have a man there that desires you, it validated me. It made me feel good about myself. Therefore, the content that the validation brought me was worth the actual pain that the relationship eventually brought me. It’s a sad thing.”

In addition to the Tales, we have gotten some new music in recent months.  In the Summer, Sullivan released the single, “Tragic.” We now know that “Tragic” is also featured on the Heaux Tales deluxe album.  Jazmine recently released the full track list.
